apparently Tony Roach was seen sitting in the stand with Dama on Saturday? Yes, in front of the press box. Tony goes to quite a few matches, home and away.

Is it me or does it seem a bit harsh that Andrew Phillips, has signed for Cambridge city ?

I liked Tony Roach, it seemed he was a bit tough when he came but he saw the books and realised that Histon could not continue trading as they were doing. He took some harsh decisions, some would say not all correct but I believe he did what he had to.Mind you I do not think I would let him tidy my garden up !

Dear DJTom,
Thank you so much for your enquiry. No it is not too late to respond to the 2014 Supporters Initiative by making a small monthly donation. Please could you contact Val Graves on 07955 242340 to discuss how you might be able to assist. She is in daily contact with the Board and is maintaining a list of all pledges to date.
Once again many thanks for your offer of assistance.

EWC999 Phillips gone not so bad, how about Jay ? That is definitely a blow. From what I've seen of him over the years he has been really good! The only positive I can find is that it reinforces the club being able to produce good young players

EWC999 nice to see some one with a positive mindset,I could not see a positive in Jay going, but you have changed my mind, also nice to see we are getting a bit of help from Livermore, Centre half coming back is a big positive, lets hope Peter Grant plays to !

Joined the club at a young age and has developed into a good player. It reinforces what people/the club say about the youth setup. Just a shame we didn't get any money for him. Hopefully the scholars who may get a chance now will develop and play just as Jay did. God forbid the worst happens and we can't stay up, it is a strong selling point to young footballers in the area, that Histon can develop good players and you will get a chance to play. Unlike other local clubs who will go out and sign players, instead of giving young players a chance. Of course you do have to be careful and not go too crazy with too much youth. Good to see that Harry O'Malley scored today and that Matty Waters was involved, shame he didn't get on the pitch though. Again, young players that have come through.
