...it seems us CUFC folk have a habit of not showing up! Please could you...Graham...Steve and your fans accept my genuine and sincere apologies. I have copied and pasted below a reply I have given in the U's forum to a friend asking about my proposed report on your Fans Forum re Craig. I am not one for making excuses...and rarely accept them...hopefully my reasons put forth are considered 'ok then'. I am a man of my word and hope this doesn't damage any gathering respect you may or may not have for me after our first ever physical meeting. I leave you with my reply and again apologise....X

...Graham...I was shocked to hear of your car accident 2 minutes after we parted. I am very glad you have come out of it relatively unscathed........it may have helped put things into a bigger perspective too....life is short enuff...init!x

I will do it today Face. I am sorry mate...yesterday my day was started at 6am with a text...that took until mid day to sort out. Then Norman announced his resignation...and that was the afternoon gone too until around 3pm. I needed to sleep for 1 hour 45 minutes as I am still trying to start to recover from my operation...and then went out at 5.30pm to deliver the Burton 3 and returned home after the fans forum and stuff at 1am.......absolutely exhausted.
In essence Face....I had a higher priority as far as my interest and support of the local football world is concerned that took precedent...ie CUFC stuff. Due to this busy schedule yesterday I have some unattended proper business to sort out today......and when that's done I will sort my 'wot wos sed' out ok!x

...I will say this for now.......reviewing all available info before this meeting...absorbing all that was presented there...and after researching and corroborating things since...(done amongst yesterdays other business)...then I have to say confidently...I support Histon FCs intent to bring Craig back into football....end of. The ramifications of that for Histon are huge...and I commend them for supporting their player which is the right thing to do yet the most difficult option to pursue. Respect...X
