good result then??.....have to wait for the fans to get back for the match review!!! oh and Cambridge played like they did in the 90's and forgot there are 90mins in a game! ......thats not a dig before the 'usual' start, i'm a supporter of local teams

Very good point earned away from home. Eastbourne were all over us in the first half. They are a strong attacking team. I don't know what Fallon or JB said at half time but one of them put a rocket up their arses. Histon came out on fire and dominated the second half. Cracking header by Jack and we were unlucky not to score a winner. Great stuff that we are putting an unbeaten run together, especially with some home games to come.
Man of the Match for me was (again) Damian Reeves. This lad is looking the business. Tireless running, comfortable on the ball and dangerous when attacking the goal. Jack Midson also played well and GG as ever was consistent in defence.
Special mention to the fans who were noisy throughout, particularly for the last 20 minutes or so where they chanted their support constantly. Drummer Boy has some competition now!!
FGH... as they were saying in the traffic jams through East Grinstead.

FTM is right. Eastbourne should have killed us off in the first half when they had the chance. We were right on top in the last 20 mins and looked the more likely winners. Not sure about the midfield duo of Muzza and Josh, but if we could get quality service to the front two we could be challenging for the title this year!

Agree with all above, was a very good point yesterday... Eastbourne passed the ball better than FGR did in my opinion but seemed to tire with 15/20 mins to go where we could have got a winner. Ah well, useful point, let's hope we can get 9 points from the next 3 games.
