I was involved at the heart of 2 recent Wembley campaigns for promotion. Several years back 'we' took 22,000...the following year around 20,000. I estimate around 300+ were Histon/City fans......at least!x I spoke to many of you and indeed spotted folk as I did me 'research' wandering around Wembley at the time. I am sure there would be more for this one....but how many will get a ticket....?!x
I am going with my Cousin John....seen here a couple of weeks back as I popped into Hyde to say hi. Hard core Manure fan and goes to most games home and away. I have committed to ensuring he gets to this game. We have help too....
..and with me Aunty Rosemary his Mam who has run the Manures disabled group.....for 16 years.
....John not taking Matas too seriously.......unlike me Aunty Rose!x
I will keep you posted and look forward to seeing some of you there!!!x

I will be getting back from Inverness via Carlisle early Saturday morning Clive!x That has been a 'plan' for some weeks. If u don;t want to see/read it then fair dooos Marke!x Many have read it....seen pics of their 'heroes' they've never seen before....all good!x My neighbours niece was looking at them lunchtime....her Grandad apparently funds Histon to a decent tune each year....she was happy I was told!x Wheels within wheels......!x Your point?....about my point??!!!x Perhaps we can discuss it Saturday afternoon....i'll be there.....I say stick ure Manure sh*te up yer ar*e personally...!x

I would love to go and take my kids to the FA cup game, but I doubt i'll be able to get any tickets. Besides, it's probably better to let the real Cambridge fans go when they all pop out of the woodwork.
Anyway, I still think this message board is the wrong place to discuss United's big match.

Don't see that it really matters marke, tbh.
Good that anyone can post on here, with an opinion, viewpoint, on any subject. It's one of the main things that's so good about Histon Football Club, and it's fan's forum.
Nice and friendly.
As long as that's the case, there'll be lots of interesting postings on here, minus the unpleasantries other forums display.

Sorry Clive.....last few days went pear shape!!x I haven't admitted this anywhere.....so add this to 'interesting Histon forum posts' category...I reckon!!!hehe!x For weeks i;ve been saying....'i'll be at Carlisle ....on the Friday......believing the game was a Friday night!!!! In over a dozen threads around the net....I said it with that in mind.....nobody said....its Saturday Soots......and hundreds engaged in chat about stuff....!!! I turned up.....thought the game had been cancelled due to amazing windy/snowy game cancelling weather!!!! Went inside their Supporters Club where they were all huddling.....and sussed it was Saturday!!!!!! So went to Glasgow.....and came back next day.....all 'cool' like....!!!x This is me first admission of such.....hence me genuine comment to you during the week believing I would be back on Saturday lunchtime.....for the Histon game.....DOOOOOOOHHHHH!!!!x I think I even said to you i;m at the Carlisle game Friday during such deliberations......!!!!!!!!!x So...ure fault!!
