Although I thought that the club would do this, they haven't, so I have beaten them to it Who do you think was our best player yesterday in a poor match in even worse weather. Personally, I thought a couple of players played well, Reeves and Wright both looked good. Antonio looked lost in midfield, andd Kingy ruined is captaincy by getting himself booked for arguing. Great example of how the players should behave I would go for Danny (Wright), as he seemed strong, good work rate, quick, and good with the shots that he could get in due to his limlited chances, as well as his passing and aeareness, which was also very good. Let's hope that he continues to build on it!

I think Neil Andrews changed the game and style puttin himself everywhere he possibly could and showed how much we have missed him! And also setting up the goal! So my vote goes to Robbie Williams best mate Neil Andrews

To be honest, no one really stood out in the game and if it would have to be anyone for me it would be Nat that on the basis he was being chopped and hacked all around the pitch and he still persisted.
He was our only consistant performer IMO and he also managed to out jump Poke and poke the ball home. (like what I did? ;D ) Got his goal and performed all game, only player really.

hard one this, Andrews made a impact when he came on, and you could hear him shouting at the team, NP, as said was hassled all game. I dont think we should have tried to play the long ball, it was to wet and it often went out of touch, our clearances were poor at times as well, often going out or to the other team, I dont think Reeves did a lot, if he did i must have missed it, he seemed quiet, probably just the poor service he got, same with Danny, a few good moments, his few efforts he had were on target, again, he seemed to not want to jump for the ball and challenge defenders like usual.....we really should have played the ball on the ground more as well?? Muzza did look out of position, he needs to play off the forward really, MMK, well what do you expect, he always gets booked for talking to the ref, but the Ref as per usual i thought was poor, even the assistant on the far side was blind at times!!
anyway this is only our first game so we cant expect good things straight away! ;D ;D ;D

Neil Andrews for me too, which isn't bad for only 30 minutes on the pitch! Hope he can get a lot more injury free minutes under his belt in the coming weeks and be back to full match fitness and regular first 11 starts.

I think Neil Andrews changed the game and style puttin himself everywhere he possibly could and showed how much we have missed him! And also setting up the goal! So my vote goes to Robbie Williams best mate Neil Andrews Neil was competitive. And when he won the ball he was giving simple passes to our own players. But I can't give him MOTM for 30 minutes. I think Danny Wright played as well as anyone.

Neil did make a big difference when he came on but for me it has to be Nat who I thought was the most consistant over the 90 mins. Some lovely turns and passes and the goal of course. We will improve. JB and Fal said we are a little behind in preparation in some areas due to the extended break at the end of the season. Keep the faith. FGH.
