My thoughts on this (being away for the duration and not having a chance to see or hear anything) are do you really think players like Nat & Pat would want to even associate themselves with Craig if they thought he was a racist?
If I was in the same boat I would find it hard to appear in the same dressing room as my team mates week-in week-out, never mind on the same pitch.
Why would Lanre want to sign if he thought the club were racist?
I certainly wasn't surprised to hear that the lip readers thought he had used "industrial" language in the incident. I would have done the same with someone of Leo's size clattering into me!
Personally I don't believe Craig is a racist. That's my opinion and I'm entitled to it. If Leo had claimed he'd heard a racist remark and that was backed up by those in ear shot I might have had to re-consider.
