How did we lose that ? Brian got his tactics spot on,two holding midfield players, who had excellent games, fullbacks not running forward all at once, midfield players tucking in,and we still created loads of chance's. I do not think the number 9 from Southend is the answer,I have watched all his games and for a big lad he did not put himself about, if Livermore was in charge he would be asking why he had not got himself any bookings, not once did he give away a foul, which tells me he is not giving the centrehalf's a hard time and he needs to work on his first touch, I know he is young but we need someone a bit further forward in the learning curve, a very hard task for Brian. To sum up ,we need to win anyway anyhow, but there is not much wrong with this team, if you read this Brian keep the faith, you are not far away from an excellent team, you just need a touch of luck and that will come.

I thought we were woeful today as an attacking force. We could have played until next Saturday and not scored. Hoofing the ball into the wind all game was never going to create much, and so it proved. To be fair, such poor conditions are not conducive to quality attacking football, but we can be and used to be so much better. But a shame to concede at the other end. We defended well all game and never looked like conceading.

For the love of god bring back Waters ! All I hear week in week out is that we're not taking our chances, so why not play a proven goalscorer ? I don't get it ?

Playing football in that wind and mud was not an option, that's why our ball players are not standing out, everytime someone tried to play the ball just bobbled up,we need the big lads at the moment. Is Matty scoring for the team he is on loan with ?

Just seen on the St Ives Twitter feed that Matty Waters played and scored tonight with what is described as a "great finish" and he got man of the match
Absolutely amazing being able to play 2 games in 24 hours and score 3 goals he will be knackered by the weekend given lack of games up until this week
