Poor match but should have been 1-1. Ball was in the back of the net twice in the first half, first off side but couldn't see what was wrong with the second?

We gave their goal scorer too much time to get his shot off for the winner.

Great support from the 90 - 100 traveling fans though.

Yup, they were physically immense at the back though and it's not hard to see why they've only conceded three at home so far this season.

They deserved the victory and Histon got what they deserved, nothing. Even though the two goals in the first half should have stood (from what I've heard) we didn't really deserve it and apart form little spells of possession Woking really should have got more.

Would like to point out that Guiseppe Sole though, what a player he is. They will have a job keeping hold of him, my tip to be one of the best players in the BSP this season.

And Jasper, the game might have been poor but the coach was good wasn't it? ;D

well it was ok from my point of vlew but i did hear few histon fans on the coach talking about me .

Personally I think we were off colour again yesterday. Woking are a big physical side but are clearly the kind of team we should be looking to pick up points against. I fear the curse of the lowly positioned teams has reared its ugly head again....why is it we play so much better against the higher flying teams? Still...a solid league position and a reasonable start.
Lets push on from here....

Guiseppe Sole didn't do a lot for me, i thought Hutchison at the back and the little black winger were their two best players. Woking played good football, but good football doesn't always work, shows as their so low in the table. I'm sure they'll stay up, and we'll still be in or around the play-offs

We started brightly but got worse as the game went on. In the end, a poor performance deserving of a 1-0 defeat. Still, hopefully the lads can lift themselves for next week.
