Alty are looking very good atm, possibly a team to look out for this year, especially when they're at home! They seemed to come here and play for the draw, which i wasn't surprised with at all. Then i see them on setanta at Rushden, and they're all out going for the win, which they narrowly missed out on. I'm tipping Alty to be the surprise package for the season, as i don't think many teams will go there and win. However, i can't see them picking up too many points away, so therefore, i think they'll only finish about 12th. As for the players, Elam, Lawton and Senior are looking very strong players at this divison, and of course, Colin Little, who is arguably the best striker in this division! This was a very random post i know, but i was just looking at their results and up-coming fixtures, and i had a feeling that they'd do very well at home, aswell as pickin up some points awa as they seem very good on the counter attack from what i've seen of them.. Anyway, good luck to them. There my 2nd conference team for the season if u like... Once a stute, always a stute

So they are your tip to be a surprise package and you only predict they will finish in mid table. I've never heard a mid-table mediocrity side be labeled as "a surprise package" if I'm going to be honest! ;D

To be honest Jamie, that would be a surprise package.... because everybody thinks they're going straight down... So really u've just embarresed urself there. Them coming 12th is like us going up, which nobody expects if they're being honest...

A suprise package is something that's unlikely to happen, like Cambridge going up, OR Altrincham finishing 12th.

Again your right Mozza... Are Spurs going to be another surprise package then? Winning a micky mouse cup whilst losing to the likes of Hull everyweek? ;D

Altrincham would be a surprise package if they finished 12th, usually the only way they'd get there is if you gave their normal league position and asked someone dyslexic to tell you it...

Its not supposed to be poor.
It is unlikely.
