True, we can't think too far ahead. However, dissapointed by the draw to be honest. Swindon are one of those teams that I call 'No goers'. We want either very good teams, away to teams with really big grounds and large attendances, strugglers in League 2, a local rivalry or a 'worser' team in the draw. As far as I'm concerned, this isn't the best of draws, as we will not get much publcity and will probably loose. (sorry, copied and pasted )

Kidderminster v Cambridge United bet they are well happy with that draw. As you say bobby lets not look to far ahead but Swindon are beatable and we play better with tougher opponents. Its the second round proper the one I like. Think we will turn them over Tuesday night, for what its worth.

Swindon. League 1. That will not be easy. Have to beat Durham first, I know. Mind you that will make Durham determined, and will be there biggest game ever. F A Cup great competition.

Great competition. It's not a great competition.
It's the best competition in the world. Other countries envy the fact that we can pull it off, because they can't! It is the ONLY competition in thw world were teams 8 leagues apart CAN play each other. The spirit of football itself is in the FA cup.

Kidderminster v Cambridge United bet they are well happy with that draw. I can't remember whether the FA Cup is on the United fans' list of trophies they don't want to win.

Three or four years ago we were over the moon to be playing a league club in the cup. O.k ,we have gone up a couple of leagues since then but we will have to beat clubs like Swindon if we want to have a really big opponent in the third. And you all know that we play better against good opposition!

"I can't remember whether the FA Cup is on the United fans' list of trophies they don't want to win."
Watch it you - can't speak for any other U's fans, but I want to see us win *everything* we enter than that includes the FA Cup.
;-p
Crap draw for us really but it's winnable - to be honest I think most sides in the conference are capable of beating any League 1 or 2 side on thier day...that's the magic of the FA Cup isn't it.
Your draw is pretty decent, would certainly swop with ours - looking at the lack of any other decent ones it might be on the telly too, if you get past Durham which to be honest you should do now...!
