"The Robins have requested 1,500 tickets for the clash and Histon chairman Gareth Baldwin thinks the match will give his club the chance to put their ambition to the test."
Lets hope they can sell all of those then!!!

I saw that in the CEN.. Their fans seem to think they will only bring 500-700 though. 3,168 will be the attendance

Swindon aren't that big, they won't take anything like that. More like 700.

With a population of 155,000 Swindon is pretty large. Wouldn't surprise me if they brought close to 1,000 so all looks set for a bumper crowd and exciting day.

Of course its possible hops and we have a great day to look forward to. It has been a bit of a wait since Shrewsbury and Yeovil so i for one relish the visit of a legue 1 outfit. On the playing front i believe we are better placed now than in previous years to cause an upset and they certainly won't enjoy coming here.

Over 8000 average home attendance...7th best in league one.
Don't forget Leeds and Leicester are in their league aswell so 7th is very good.
I see around 3,000 people going.

Our away support is unpredictable to say the least but I would expect us to bring a decent following especially as it is pay on the day. My first estimate was 500 but having spoken to a few people it might be more like the thick end of 1,000.
Oh and Swindon's population (180,000 in the borough) isn't a good indicator of our fanbase because many people moved here for employment and don't support the club. A large proportion of our support comes from the rest of Wiltshire plus Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
As the team, until last week our away form was actually better than our home form! We've had a very poor season so far. Our Achilles heal is our defence - only one clean sheet all season and that was only last Saturday.
Saying that we've only failed to score once too and have some good attackers. Should make for a good game.
I am not confident about it.

I'm sure Langers, Lanre, GG and Pat can stop ur attackers from scoring And With Wrighty, Midson, Reevsey, Murray etc in Attack, ur defenders will need to be at their best.

Certainly a game we'll probably do our best to lose. Would not suprise me if the game comes back to the County Ground by any means.
In terms of our following its reasonably good. I do think the FA Cup together with a new ground and new experience will encourage a good amount to go. We have been allocated near on 1,500 tickets and im pretty confident of taking near 1,000 fans to your place.
I certainly looking forward to the tie. Always something great about FA Cup football and the atmosphere, certainly at 'smaller' (no disrespect meant!) sides/grounds.
We travelled well in the FA Cup last season, when we went away to Crystal Palace (over 3k) in third round and our away following average is certainly in the top 8 or so in League One.
Look forward to the game.

Last season we lost on pens at Barnet in the 3rd round (and missed all 4 pens!).
Palace was the season before.

Never said they're not a big side, just that they're not likely to take 1,500 for a trip which quite awkward to an unappealing side like yourselves.
