www.histonfc.co.uk/news.php?id=1593Interesting. Anybody on here going to try and get some or know what's going on? Now that Paul Riley let slip he's a shareholder, will he be getting some more?

What would you like to know?
HFC are attempting to raise £50k capital by selling more shares. Existing shareholders are being invited to apply for shares with an entitlement pro-rata to their existing shareholding. After that, if the existing shareholders do not take up the full allocation, the remaining shares will be effectively put on public sale.
The rule stands that no one shareholder may hold more than 20% of the Club's ordinary shares.

Why would it be anything to do with anyone else if Paul Riley, or anyone else for that matter, is, or intends to be, a shareholder? Let's hope the scheme raises some additional finance for the Club.

Current issued shareholding is around 6000. These will be new shares that dilute the existing shareholding, so there will be around 56000 issued shares after the sale if all the new issue is sold.

Did we sell out of all the shares issued?
