Another welcome point today. Tough game, conditions difficult with that strong wind. Pitch looked pretty good to me. Trevor Ball well done. Once again, going forward the Stutes are entertaining and skilled. Struggled defensively again but the lads came out of it with credit. Thought Danny Rumens was a rock, Ryan Auger was class, and new signing Geoff Mitchell will, when match fit, be a great addition. Scored a terrific goal, the culmination of the best move of the match. Two poor decisions by the Officials proved influential to the final result, but that's life. Once again, full commitment, effort, and skill gave the fans plenty to be happy about.

A good point to get and had to ride the storm at times. Not sure what to make of the goal the team conceded, seemed a mess. I thought Miles Smith filling in at Centre Back was excellent, wasn't enthused by Danny Rumens performance, did ok at best I thought. At times going forward the play was good, but too often the old garbage from last season came out and the ball would literally be booted forward. Redditch were a big team and it seemed to make it easy for them, but when the ball was on the floor the team did well. Sam Ives is a very good player and a lot of the best play the past few weeks has involved him, but today he didn't get anywhere near as much of the ball it seemed. Hope Max York's injury isn't too serious, the last thing we need is the loss of another defender. The disallowed goal was right. Geoff Mitchell went back into the keeper, soft, but everyone knows keepers are a protected species. He took the volley blooming well though. He can definitely play a bit.

Very good point against a good caliber of opposition. Messy goal to concede, feeble punch from Enol followed by a tap in. I must admit, I couldn't see us scoring, but it was a great passing move, fantastic cross from Eugene and neat finish from the new giant Mitchel. Nice to know we do have that bit of quality lurking when we need it. Geoff didn't look match fit, and you wouldn't call him mobile, but he gave us a different dimension up from with his strength and height. Looks a good addition to the team. He also had a goal chalked out. I wasn't surprised to see it disallowed, as he did jump into the keeper but it wasn't a blatant one. So, pleased with a point. That should see us safe from relegation, but we have a tough run in......
