I listened to the reports on Radio Cambs and shared Brian and your joy at the squad and clubs performance this season....X A genuine congratulations from me...X

Sadly I have to report that one of the Stutes stalwarts Peter Hart has died this week...X Peter was the 4th of my official 5 dad's and indeed the only one sill left alive out of all 5. A Gentle giant in his day who enjoyed physical fitness and was a Gentleman throughout. We never had a cross word and I looked forward to seeing him at Stutes games as our main point of socialising. I saw him a few months back at his home and had a chance to say some good and honest things to him which he deserved and warmly appreciated.
I am so glad we did.....X I have only just received the news whilst heading to Cornwall on business so have no pics of him handy to share at present or further details at the moment. A sincere and charitable man and I would consider it a loss to the fan base and my extended family circle...X RIP Peter...proud to have had you as a Dad.....albeit for just a short while in the 80's.....but I appreciated you...and will miss you....X

Think I should know Peter. The name rings a bell, clearly a fan of local football for many years, and probably around my age, ish.
My condolences.

And on the Stutes performances this season, I agree. The players, management, directors, helpers, fans, everyone, can take a bow. And having read this evenings Cambridge News, I think every Stutes fan can look forward with optimism and expectations of better things to come.
Looking forward to next season already, and hoping the current regime will all still be in situ, though some, including Brian & Lance will very likely be in demand elsewhere.

Stutes fan Peter Hart who passed away this week...RIP...X
The pic was around 1981 but he looked the same to the end....a Gentleman and become a friend. I will miss him and his friendly ways...X
