Well we should have at least another point on the board for that display. Played very well in stages during the first half and pretty much dominated the second. Biggleswade are a solid side for sure but certainly not the best I've seen and were definitely there for the taking. Unfortunately Dan was turned inside out and Rumens (I think it was) wasn't quite tight enough to his man for the first goal. Their second was a gift, free man, free header. The defense is getting better but they need to be far tighter man to man. We allowed them far to much time on the ball, especially on the edge of our box and that's what lead to their two goals. There was a big improvement however in our general play today and I thought some of our link up play was quality. We just need to speed it up a little to carry the momentum going forward. Nick, in particular, was very good and you could see he was trying to take up the mantle on the left following jordans departure, although it's a shame he'll be suspended for 3 games now. If his challenge was a sending off then I have no idea why the ref didn't send their number 5 off for going through whoever it was? Still, I think we're all used to the ineptness of the officiating at this level by now and talking of dodgy officiating I was told that Josh's goal was onside so that takes the biscuit n all. Anyway tough luck and we move on, if we keep playing like that we should have enough to stay up, but with nick out for 3 and possibly sam out for a while we could certainly do with bringing another face or two in, whether it be loanees or using some of the cash from jordans transfer!
