Morning!x I use my FB these days as a place to make my opinion known and to share 'happy' pics...it has silenced 'critics'!x Action pics do speak louder than words...i've found!x I don't go into detail when sharing the pics as to why I am there or what I was doing...and strangely people accept it!!x I used to comment within local football forums...mainly CUFC ones going back 15 years or so. But...FB/Social media wasn't as prolific then and folk were left to their own imagination with my comment. Sadly...it became clear that some didn't have much imagination or worldliness! It meant getting a 'tag' as a fantasist and the like....yawn. I left those forums possibly 5+ years ago....especially as core fans who had control of those mediums and direct links to political activists/Fans groups within the club had all sold out to Roll's...a rogue Chairman! I can't blame them....he gave them whatever they wanted....'ole boys club' ensued and they rallied behind him to ensure I wasn't 'involved'. Despite the rhetoric....nobody really likes a winner. It was quite sad really....as I had him by the ba**s when he walked in.....they conspired/pulled me off them for their personal gain! Power...in the wrong hands...or with those of a selfish motive....does corrupt.

Thankfully...via FB and the like my words are generally backed up with pics which give some credence/cred to my words....and I haven't suffered any 'unworldly' comments ever since! I do understand their ignorance...or hard to believe stance when I said things...honest!x Take this week for example....since posting my last comment just 3 days ago....i've done 1200 miles around the UK...visited several football clubs and associated folk...from Hartlepool on Thursday to Huddersfield...Manchester...South West Wales and London on Friday......and managed to attend Question Time...speak on National Radio via 5 live and looked after 3 'celebs' needs all in the 3 days....oh....and took a family to see the Xmas lights in Chatteris on a charitable mission to chill out upon my return! Unbeileeeevable Jeff.......I know!x So please accept that i do understand folks skepticism and 'fantasist' approach...indeed my neighbour didn't even know i'd left my house......!x I like it that way...tbf!!x

I hope that helps folk realise that my efforts/resources and commitment....does go beyond 'the norm'. No Police Force...or number of them...or Organisation/business has such resource/ability at their disposal. It has took 40+ years of 'grooming' to become this way in life with some of the best facilities/institutions the State has available engaged in my education/development. Understand when it is utilised in your favour....be you a football club...Legal firm....business or victim.....it will produce a result.

I have gathered much info during this 'trek' and it has confirmed my concerns. I genuinely believe a totally independent 'body' should be set up to deal with what will come out of the changing rooms and grounds. Just this week alone I have discovered over 30 cases of abuse done to both sexes and all ages under 17....around the UK. None have been officially reported....as yet. There is also a 'connection' becoming apparent which is classic stuff among predatory peedo's. Here in Cambridge I discovered that 'network' of peedo's went from Cambs Social Service employees...to the Police....to low level 'Royalty' in other County's...to Vicars in other Parishes....and extended to powerful figures in Westminster who jollied to Cambridge regularly...all belonging to 1 'ring' who mutually abused over 400 victims/survivors during their 'reign'. That was just 1 case coming out of 1 Social Services dept.

There have been reports in the media that Clubs moved abusers on without care or remorse....just 'got rid'. That again is 'classic'. There were 5 'heads' of Depts within Cambs Social Services. 1 of them had cleared the track record of a known peedo within their employ....with intent to decieve and save insurance claims. During the 70's/80's...when the heat got too much because of complaints made by kids and their families within a care home he worked at....they moved him to another.....and then another...and a 3rd....and then out of the County to Lancashire before being convicted some 20 years after it was known he was 'at it'. That was how his employers treated the abuse....or showed their concern. It was the same for his social circle too. The peedo was Captain of Ely Golf club during his reign. Some young golfers complained via their parents. The clubs Board rubbished/intimidated the parents and victims and yes ruined at least 2 potentially good careers of 14/15 year old hopefuls....not to mention their cred. So everyone was 'at it'...covering up...moving folk on...avoiding the reality and plight of victims. Oh...and the Head of Cambs Social Services who tried to wipe the history of their very own peedo....when we sussed him and his ethos......he weren't sacked or disgraced after our complaints/outing of his horrific acts....nope....next thing we knew he'd been moved sideways to an adjacent Local Authority in Suffolk. His remit at both Social Services??? In charge of elderly...Kids...and the disabled/vulnerable....I kid you not.

Fantasist??? The real world is fantasy enuff....I reckon. My priority's are shifting to a more personal matter over the next few days as my Mam has taken a turn for the worse in Addenbrookes and she may not have long left. She has been here before....but it don't look good....so forgive me if I do not add much over the next few days....and hope you all have a happy week...as i try too!x Thanx for reading and hopefully there is something of use...to learn...or to be educated on with my post....cos that is what it is all about! I had a message from a super guy and friend yesterday who raises a lot of dosh for local Charity's in Cambridge and area...all football related. He will remain anonymous but said the following after approaching Dan Ashworth one of the 'heads' up the FA for help with donations...

"spoke to dan ashworth mate and sends his regards and says needs to have a catch up at some point".

I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for such a 'catch up'....and he is reading this...I know....so what is the status of our 'friendship' Dan? Are you going to make me regret helping you move on from Cambridge to WBA where you made me proud and have done as I knew you could?
Irresponsible inepts full of rhetorical garbage and yup....the whole lot needs revamping...and folk within it need to account for themselves. Easy to see why the Prem lot are running riot over the sport. At least they have 'modern Pro's' engaged in their business meeting the needs...or should I say...forcing their agenda down the peoples necks. Dynamism isn't a word of use at the FA...is it? This is the body that is serious and capable of reviewing its own ethos on 'abuse' within its organisation? It epitomises abuse of 'the peoples game'....end of.

Greg left...was hassled out of the job because of these 'old school' lot. A loss to the sport...as was Davies and Bernstein...all trying to do their best with hands tied. Morning..X I have been on another 'burst' of a trip for the past 2 days...1300 miles....some personal business included but managed to meet some interesting folk which has helped a local 'picture' start to come into focus. The National news today will be reporting there are over 400 victims come forward so far and over 100 perpetrators implicated....and that is just the folk going through the NSPCC and conduits set up for receiving complaints/concerns. None of those who have called me over recent weeks...including yesterday whilst having breakfast in Glasgow....are included in these figures. Thanx to friends whom I visited in the last 2 days at West Brom...Blackpool...Carlisle... Glasgow...and Newport in Wales...the above figures of 400 victims....will be doubled...at least. There are also 3 names consistently coming up from around this area who frequented our clubs...Cambridge...Histon...City....and Boro...since 1995/6 to date....who have questions to answer. they get about too...I find. A 4th....who is a common denominator to all 3....has yet to answer/return my calls. Perhaps he is taking his time to remember what may have come his way since the late 90's at Boro...Norwich...Cambridge...and West Brom...which he may have overlooked....or God forbid....buried. Fortunately for you Dan Ashworth....this 'investigator' is signing off for Chrimbo. I...will have a happy one. YOU...and some of your ex colleagues...hopefully will have a thoughtful one. We will find out in the New year.

Morning!x We have all heard the saying 'rabbit caught in the headlights'.....well....it appears Nationally our Police Forces are in this predicament! It will be reported today that Andy Woodward....still....hasn't been approached by his Police to discuss/interview him about his abuse claims! Amazing isn't it? Not really. I am not one to bully....if anything I try to help folk/organisations/Forces/businesses....to do right. Quite often it isn't appreciated....an ego/pride fingy stifles progress. I hope my offer to our own Cambs Constabulary here with some advice/tips to help their 'investigation'...is appreciated. I help...because I can.

According to the regular Police Man who liases with Cambridge United...they are reviewing CCTV as their main thrust at present....! If so...then look closely to see if there is a Mr Carson...Mr Higgins...or Mr Jeremy George featured colluding or taking part in any naughty behaviour. Was the CCTV networked to players 'digs'? A Mr Roper may also walk in shot as may a Mr Benell. Do the CCTV cameras extend to European tourny's?? Camps?? Was there a video monitoring Jeremy George's pi** take 'walks' Have those final financial accounts been 'filmed'??
If your footage goes back to early 2000's then you may also catch Mr Ashworth possibly being approached with information on any of those mentioned. Does he turn the cameras off? I had called him for an 'off record' friendly chat. However...things have progressed. Perhaps the CCTV reviewer may pencil this question in their notebook.....'Hi Mr Ashworth...when you was at Peterborough....Cambridge United...Norwich or West Brom....was you made aware of any abuse potentially happening among the Academy's/youth set ups you were in charge of or responsible for?"
A simple question really........which in 6 weeks....he has avoided being on the end of. Perhaps with your Police uniforms on you may get a reply......but....they are the same uniforms you wear at the matches when in the Clubs employ like he was init??? Dazzle dazzle....CRASH...sigh.

I feel compelled to help 'investigators' within our law Enforcement as colleagues/old friends within the media from National papers to ITV...Channel 4....Channel 5...BBC and independents....are curious as to his answer! I was....and still am. Ah...and rather than fast forward the tape.....see if you can spot 3 of your officers....grooming young Lady's? Predatory kind of behaviour? A 15 year old star struck 'kid'.....is 'easy'...and sexual favour has been the price of entry/access to the dizzy heights of non League football over recent years....so I am told. Will you be making a feature movie after extracting ex PC Trevor George's 'activity' when in charge of 'the people' though CUFC Ltd? All should be on your master source of evidence....the CCTV tape! Oops...but if a Mr Darler...his mate...or several Chairmen whom I can name had access to that tape or editing of it.....then legally....there will be no case for you to pursue! They have been good at managing their own sh*te....and burying truth.....with your help!!

Finally...whilst i do appreciate what our Police do Nationwide....and i do sincerely...I also understand the prevarication taking place when indeed the abuse....cover ups...collusion and peedo's....have all operated right under your noses! In fact you've helped them avoid accountability!!! Why when there is no 'official' ban in place did you collude with CUFC 'security'...the CEO...Chairman.....to remove me from their ground? I ain't abused anyone........just capable of bringing them all to account who have! Protected and served the Fans/Clubs I have....that is my only 'crime'....even a Crown Court Judge acknowledged that! Whose 'side'...are you on? The peoples?....or the paymasters? Protecting your own truth?....or helping cover up a Clubs past? Make a decision quickly......or....be treated with the same disrespect and contempt that those within these clubs have earned. I...would be sad about that...X
As for Andy Woodwards situation...I have said I have an 8mm and 16mm projector for his local Force to use to review his abuse suffered if it is required....kind of guy i am...X

Chelsea found not to be out of order by the FA for silencing an abused victim by secretly paying him £50k.....2 years ago. He was sent to Chelsea by the Police...who did nothing about it themselves...to have it resolved. No investigation into potential other abuse or victims....just shut the f*** up. he may as well been sent to Coventry...init.
Shamed...disgraced...caught red handed pi** taker Sam Allardyce is front runner for Pardews vacancy. The Culture, Media and Sport Committee inquiry into the governance of the FA haven't had answers yet as to Allardyces 'pay off' by the FA...for abusing his position.....yet he is free to abuse further.

There isn't an FA official...Club mogul...Pundit or Policer of football Clubs.....that I can't look in the eye firmly with complete confidence and know I wouldn't ever 'work' for or 'respect' your 'business'. Morning!x Well done CUFC...the club....for doing yourselves and League 2 proud....X Along with Plymouth I believe both clubs have flown the flag for football at this level...X Histon got recognised too after reviewing the BT Sports footage for their achievements v Leeds...and deservingly so...X

My following comment is not sour grapes...but sound business acumen...I am happy for CUFC Ltd to have not progressed. The rewards...financial....are not fed back into the club. Anyone know what happened to the lucrative tie money V Man U? The Chairman was allowed to paint the toilets is all that was reported. With a corrupt/bent Mr George as CEO looking after the US based Mr Barry's interests....I doubt much more made its way to the club either. You want perspective? That game v Man u was the biggest crowd at Old Trafford ever recorded for an FA Cup tie in that round...a record.....yet we got the toilets revamped out of it. Sh*te init. Nuff said.



I mentioned the US...and that is where I am heading. For pure accountability reasons to you reading this thread I say the following.
Those who follow my posts on FB or in Political forums will know of my activity/connections over recent years to our Country's interests Stateside. I did say before Donald's win that we would become number 1 trading partner...top of the list as opposed to a limp threat by Obama of being placed at the bottom. That assertion was confirmed by Boris yesterday...3 months later......sigh....thanx to others efforts outside of Central Govt. I digress.
I have had several offers come my way as a consequence of my connections/activity on the Political stage and yes an invite to the inauguration is in hand too!x I have thought deeply as to my commitments here in the UK...and to the UK's future....and after considering all....I believe for the foreseeable future my efforts will be best spent and rewarded by going. I can safely say this...as a result of happenings...covert in the main...Great Britain is in the best position possible to face Brexit and a new beginning than it ever has been. Theresa is beginning to realise that and equally knows she cannot keep a reign on it either...during her reign!! That opportunity has to be seized and acted upon where possible. I can. My positive relationship with Betsy De Vos since 1989 who has been made Education Minister...and belongs to one of the richest family's in the USA...has opened doors....as has my jovial meetings with Donald over the past 10 years in Scotland!! Add to that my support of Nigel Farage in ways and means in the last few years/elections then yes...I...am a 'hero' over here to many...and over there...and even tho' i say it myself.....rightly so!x
On that basis...I am going to 'cash in' on that qdos and see what i can do to help our Country...progress.

Incidentally...I did announce publicly 1/2 an hour before he did that Boris was stepping down from the Prime Minister race........and i'm glad to say....the Boy has done well since....with guidance!x Time for truth....not tactless tripe...and he has been givin' it some...respect!!!x



As a consequence...situations we have been exploring here....will not be discussed as openly as I have been doing via this thread any longer. I know my comments have motivated/inspired many....and so it has served a purpose and achieved much behind the casual chats. What has been achieved is in hand and colleagues and those agency's necessary will be informed where pert as to mine and colleagues findings involving our 4 clubs.

You Journo's....who care....or who have a genuine interest...have been updated and I have nothing further to add since the last briefing you received. But don't think for one moment my interest in the situation will dissipate. My focus will turn to Mr Barry...Stateside. It is his appalling decisions and directives that led to my Club being used and abused...as well as folk within it be they in the terraces or corridors of so called power. He allowed the Powers...Rolls...Laws....and George's..uniform and non uniform type...and the inept Dogetts of this world to stain our clubs modus operandii and 'Community'. All of those minions have been doing his bidding...and his alone. Fraud...illegal gambling...'ism's' of all kinds have proliferated under his ownership through these undesirables. Opportunity has been stifled by his perverse approach to using our club to serve his interests too. It has to stop...or at least he will be approached for accountability....because I can.....and will. He has been this locality's problem. Cambs Constabulary....I...have been the messenger.....you have been deaf.....and willing to take his money.......shame on you.....but I forgive. We do these things....for money. I don't...but hey...I am free of budgets...and have  a conscience that can't be buried or excused!x

I thank Histon Webby's for allowing me to 'use' their facility constructively....and wish all you Fans of all our 4 clubs every success. Whilst my heart has been with CUFC...I have shown City...Histon...and Boro...my sincere support over the years where and when it counted. I have no regrets about any of it...I did it not for your Club....but for...'the people'...whatever their colours!!X That ethos has got me where I am today....and it will go with me to a larger Stadia now....and none of my past 16+ years of 'intense' involvement will be forgotten by me...X I forgive all those who 'trespassed' against me....you know who you are...as do I. Fortunately...I have always seen outside of the 4 stands surrounding your grounds....that has also served me well and made room for your 'doings' against me!x

In Media Wordlwide today it is being said that Donald Trump is denying being compromised with the Russians. It is a non event and if so....Donald and Vladimir will sort it....as it is done at all levels. Who else is there to take the reigns in the US anyway? Politics as we all knew it...is finished. On the 4th December 2016....there was an excellent interview had on 5 Live with a Karen from the FA....tasked with dealing with the abuse in some way. She said the right things. I...was motivated. I therefore sent the following Email....hoping to inspire her to address her own 'house' first.

Now....4 weeks later.....FOUR WEEKS......I get this response found in my inbox last night...



UNBEEEELIEEEVABLE init? NO....indeed par for the course I find for any outfit 'battening the hatches down'. 

So...let's be clear...Dan Ashworth...the English FA Technical Director and key fella behind the scenes of the FA...I...have no compromising info on you. I wanted...and want....to ask the following from the first phone call I made to you which still have gone unanswered....

"Whilst you were in your privileged positions at Norwich...Peterborough...Cambridge United and WBA...did you come across any information/complaints/allegations in connection with Kit Carson...Benell...Higgins...or Jeremy George...as they all frequented your 'timeline' and environment whilst at these Clubs? In my recorded call to you....I said it was a friendly approach....off record if you like. The reason being Dan...is because I believed in you to do right for...THE PEOPLE. I did when you joined us at Cambridge from day 1....and you inspired me to 'promote' your good self to friends at WBA and beyond since. Why you have avoided....ignored....and indeed created a serious 'PR' situation....is puzzling 'mate'.

At the time I made the call Dan....it was just me asking. Sadly...since it has all snowballed across the UK...then I have to inform you of the following. At present....I alone have 7 National Journalists wanting to know those answers. I said in my comment made yesterday in the above post that I think outside of Clubs grounds/4 walls. I beg you to do the same...not for a Club...or for the FA.....but for GREAT BRITAIN's image and reputation....GLOBALLY.....and SHARPISH. The reason for my sound advice is this.....I have Al Jazeera's 'Special Investigations' unit all over me. I am happy about that...they do a super job on a GLOBAL scale. They have 'evidence' going back to Dispatches programmes from the late 90's covering 'abuse' and many unanswered questions that still remain...unanswered...by the FA...some of which includes names mentioned above. The BBC have a superb relationship with them too but friends i have within their structure are holding back because of ...well.....currently it ain't a perfect Match for the Day. I...my old friend...am embarrassed for YOU ALL. 

The FA's choice to ignore genuine concern...today....as outlined in this thread alone....is no different to their response in 1997 & 1999 when folk tried to hold your outfit to account. Since then much more abuse has been allowed to prevail. That 'fact'....the above stupid emails emanating from your outfit....is what is forming 'opinion' out there right now. Al Jazeera broadcasts to 1/2 BILLION people across over 120 Country's......do you realise what....who....you are 'messing' with?...on behalf of GREAT BRITAIN? Obviously you don't.
I hope my 'memo' prompts you to realise that no one within any UK FA outfit...is 'untouchable'....or 'unaccountable'.
If you are 'tainted' Dan.....then MAN UP....think outside of your 4 walls....and realise your responsibility.....or...the World....will come on top Bruv....I assure you. Look on Social Media....riddled with comment about some Muslim attitudes towards the young. There is a 'moral war' going on out there...I...and many others....don't take kindly to you and your brethren handing sh*te on a plate for the World to take the pi** out of. Deal with it my Son.....and quick.....or....be dealt with. Simple as.

Kenny is the General Manager and brilliant to hear of the 'owners' following through with their development plans which they told me about when attending their game V Bolton last year in the FA Cup!!x Lovely people and proper 'Club'...X

John below...a proud Scot from Carluke.....looked after me last year and he is among the 100's of 'unsung' heroes who keep clubs going all around the UK. They are a hub....they know all...see all...do all.....and I enjoy meeting them all. It's easy to get on with people when I know their family and friends like John's back in Carluke whom I see regular in my travels....!! Small world...when your out there. Being 'National' helps the 'networking' potential for all kinds of knowledge/friendship gathering!x



I finished my 3 day 'tour' with a family visit to Folkestone and meandering through to Margate to remind some folk where their priority's should be....Country....not Council malarkey...and ending up in London for a pleasant afternoon before arriving back in Cambridge to my giggling 1 year old Daughter! So....no 'spitting fire' here.....well chilled....fank you!x

My 1200 mile  'venture' and discussions/comment out there in the real and net world this week has helped ensure Paul Nuttall will win Stoke...a requirement to counter balance the 'Peoples' unease at how our Constitution is affecting the procedure of the launch of Article 50...my 'survey' sez. Got 100% record of being right on all my surveys. My journeys include taking in as many football clubs as I go....it's a hobby. I know over 1000 around the UK of all levels. I know their 'Johns'...the cleaners....programme sellers....burger stall crews. As a bi-product I learn much...and most of that peripheral intelligence gathering has been able to give me the names in the frame as quick as I did relevant to this locality. As I have been saying and now National media are mentioning...Dan Ashworth has to come forward to at least make a denial that he knew nowt. I was able to do that hand on heart and stare folk clear in the eye when I was asked if I had any idea of such activity when i was in a kids home 25 years earlier. I...knew nowt. I have given Dan the chance to do the same....for nearly 3 months. Time is up Bruv.

I am aware of other developments happening and starting to form investigations into Constabulary's near and far too spanning recent decades. Cover ups happen in all places. I said i was leaving it to others to 'act' and serve justice where required. I believe that is happening....and thank you for doing so on behalf of 'the people' and in the main the victims/survivors of all abuse who have suffered as a consequence of in-action...cover up and outright 'old pals' acts...X

They say Sport and Politics are a separate issue and should be kept that way. Those British 'institutions' are heading for a Titanic 'clash' today....and about time too. I have been off 'Social Media' for nearly a week of which I class this 'blog' as well as my FB account and invested time in using this platform 'the Internet' for a more constructive end on a Global scale. "Fake News" is topical...and along with others I have spent most of last weekend 'sussing' it to try and keep 'the people' informed as best possible. As I was working with the US Washington time over the weekend....I took in watching the whole of the Superbowl for the first time ever.....and I was impressed!x I still don't figure why all the fuss is generated over a simple pass....or tackle....which results in detailed yardage or a 'fumble'?!x Old friend JPR Williams and my namesake the Gareth Edwards's of this world just got on with it when i was 'at it'......but it was a real eye opener as to what a true 'winner' goes through!x Tom Brady I speak of. The TV pundits all roasted him at half time for his demeanor....head in hands job. But me....I knew what he was doing....thinking...and preparing for....his further 'loneliness'. The fact nobody had ever usurped a 10 point advantage in the 2nd half...was irrelevant. Facts....don't count when in the mode Tom was in....I reckon.



I have been there 4 times in my life.....'alone'...head in hands.....knowing......if it is to be...it is up to me....and personally there may not be any real 'comfort' in the end at the outcome. Tom stood up....and threaded that needle with every throw he made......and lead the 'team'....to glory........whilst he resigned himself too.....'another day at the office'. His 'matter of factness' approach at the end.....calm posture....was like any winner goes through......'no big deal'. 'Bolt'...'Murray'....Bobby Robson (RIP x)....all the same. It isn't....when you have the ability...and belief....in yourself and what you are doing. He was 'alone' again...as soon as that whistle went to finish the game....and his time spent 'contemplating' witnessed by all.....was for him to congratulate himself on getting it done....and then stand up to look out on the World....knowing.....they ain't got a clue. Winners.....are like that.....it is a lonely place....X



So back to the 'real' World over here. I was Journeying to London on Monday and turned to watch last weekends MOTD...got as far as the 3rd game.....and I felt angry and sick....so thought it best to leave a post I was going to make in here to update folk on some stuff Monday afternoon.....and sorry for not doing so to some of you whom i'd suggested I would make such a post...X
Why feel so revolted and furious?...because I saw Gary Linekar....who has become 'Political' in recent months and years...'front' the waltzing in of Allardyce to Palace's ground...chewing his gum as if on amphetamine with his England Managers money hanging out of his back pocket still. That was the angry bit. The sickening part was having to watch 3 young lads/kids in Palace kits...all waiting for his signature...in awe. I could have cried. Jaw dropping eh Gary? Perhaps one should review ones own house before venturing beyond your Den of iniquity. Brilliant player....and presenter.....but Politics???....i've never been paid to go against my convictions Mate........hence why I don't have owt to do with the English FA or any of its 'members'....officially. Choice....and I chose me company.



The English FA are responsible for this continued 'abuse' of our children. Giving them fraudulent/egotistical rip off merchants as 'examples' for our kids to look up too....shame on you. But then again...that is the level or heights the FA operate on....it is their 'moguls' who Lorded this embarrassment of an individual as 'the 1'...Ashworth Technical Director for the FA creamed his pants at the thought of Allardyce being based at St Georges Park......sigh....think big Bruv......init. I had advised he was a 'wrong un' before hand....but 'words of wisdom' fell on deaf....and tainted....ears. The FA had no answers for the Govt's Culture...Media and Sport Committee

The FA Chairman Greg Clarke has said he would resign if he didn't get what he wanted....real enuff. Greg Dy-ke...(err...auto edit won't let you say his name...haha!x)...has also spoken of his assessment...proper too. As a consequence of the continued blatant abuse of their positions....and of the 'business' that is football...'the peoples game'...I have spent every moment I had spare this week lobbying/convincing/explaining to MP's and associated folk within Westminster that your 'body'...is defunct....corrupt...and beyond redemption from within. I offered Greg similar support to help his cause back in 2002...indeed I was the last person to speak with him as he stepped on Breakfast Telly to announce his "Cut the crap and make it happen" campaign as my friend was the 'tea maker' for the guests on the show as they waited to appear!x Proud of that moment to offer 'support'. Same here.....folk focused on 'the peoples game'...UNITING to ensure the people have a say. There....not so 'lonely' over here....init!x Bye Mr Clarke....you meant well....but too many of your folk have been 'at it' for too long...and your outfit needs 'guidance'.....it is reckoned...X I did tell your Mate Dan Ashworth that at the beginning of this thread....sort it...or be sorted....JOB being DONE.



An update for you Journo's/Victims/Survivors...you'locals' and other interested party's. Some of my time this past week has been exploring other 'abuse'....that by John Smyth in the name of Christianity. Cambridge has been pivotal in 'elite' taking advantage of this City's 'serfs' as well as taking advantage of the environment Oxbrige offers them. Spy's Blunt/Philby all operated based here in Cambridge...and they said they got away with it because they were “born into the British governing class”. That was in the 50's...which extended well into the 80's/90's for those privileged.

Smythe had that 'cover' when I met the fella when i was aged about 15 at Magdalene College!! I was in the Air Cadets at the time and a new Pastor had joined who I became good friends with. Paul....went on to a successful career within the Church and still is today. I visited him regular and had lunch at Magdalene back in the 70's.....and I recall his words of caution said to me that Smyth who hung around was a 'wrong un'...! I thought it being said in the context of his 'personality' as such and never thought anymore about it....until 40 years later...last week! Hence my interest in the topic! Sadly...like the Westminster case that is struggling to start....he...has 'friends' in the right positions to have protected him throughout the past possibly 50 years that he has 'abused' folk. They include 'Royalty'. So have the Westminster lot going back to the same time frame 70's/80's. Indeed....I have even managed to 'connect' the different 'rings' operating.....GLOBALLY. Too much info for you Media folk on this FA craic I know.....however...the update is....based on my in depth research of the modern day Westminster....I can confidently say....the FA's of the UK have no one to run too...or hope for clemency from. They are on their own...as are the perpetrators of any abuse committed within it and protectorates of them. Constabulary's protecting their cred too....will be reigned in...and are being. I have had to say to some of you Journo's that justice will not be served for victims elsewhere. I can confirm that does not apply to the football World. They ain't that big...connected...or clever...and will be brought to account....I reckon...and commend such action to THEEE HOUSE....!x

A 'Wot Wos Sed' from the House of Commons during the Culture...Media and Sport Committees debate on the governance of football governance discussed by MP's from around the UK! A vote of NO CONFIDENCE in the English FA was passed as a result of this debate today....with no dissenters!! 20+ MP's 'showed' to add their comment to the debate which was a decent turnout along with the Shadow Sports Minister...the Chair of the CMSC Damien Collins and the Minister for Sport Tracey Crouch!x

The backdrop to this debate is that the Govt gave all National 'Body's' until April this year to present an outline of their modus operandii and future visions on their operation and self governance of it. The English FA was included in this 'round up'. In October they were given 6 months to come back with a plan of action to reform their operation....which Govt has been promised...and hoping for...for over 50 years. Those gathering within the House were not too happy with the FA's nonchalant approach to this requirement and have no confidence in them being able to sort themselves out by the time frame offered. Greg Clarke the Chair of the English FA is desperate to deal with the FA's revamp 'in house'...but...it has become clear as recent as yesterday that his hopes are already being thwarted by the announcement in Parliament of a sarcastic open letter sent by the FA's Vice President Barry Taylor who suggested to his fellow 121 'Council' members...those whom Chairman Clarke has to approach to change their ways...Taylor spouted naively that 'we'...the FA....don't need the Govt's cash to survive....and in essence was saying 'do your worse'...to the Govt!!! Here is a round up of some of the MP's comments on the FA's current position and the Govts intentions as a consequence.......



Damian Collins....MP to a regular haunt of mine Folkestone...asked for the debate in the Commons and opened up with a fair rendition of the current positions each side has at present. He finished with suggesting the FA was on Fergie time....1-0 down and the whistle is about to be blown. I felt his comment made earlier that Turkeys don't vote for Xmas....was more apt for the FA's position....and he has already resigned himself to having to pluck them soon...i'd say...X



Judith Cummings...MP for Bradford South...although a committed Bradford Bulls 'fan' she had a healthy awareness of Bradford FC's plight over the years. Her concerns were the lack of focus and understanding by the FA of Community Clubs and assistance for them. Something she has experienced with both Sports in her City...however she did say that Rugby's governing body had sorted itself to meet modern demands...and didn't see any reason why the FA couldn't follow suit...X



Jason McCartney MP and Huddersfield fan. Like me...he is full of praise for Dean Hoyle as a 'sensible owner' of Huddersfield Town who is developing their club as a more Community fan focused operation. Jason was up for insisting the FA's Board/Council should have at least 5 Fan members from fan bases around England to help it deal with today's needs of football clubs and their 'customers'. He will be pushing for such when the Govt exerts its influence of the Governance of the FA!x Team player for sure!!x



Clive Efford MP for Eltham in South East London had been briefed with a full appraisal of those on the FA Council and was astonished to find representatives from Oxford and Cambridge University on there! So was I!!!x I helped organise the 800th year celebration of Cambridge University by attracting the good and the great to the Abbey Stadium for a fund raising event in their honour and looked after the 'Top Brass' at CUFC that night V Oxford City. I sat with some of the CUni Board members.....they never knew Cambridge United existed...end of. All were gobsmacked at the experience.......is all I can add!x Clive is another keen supporter of Fans being on Boards of Clubs to help break the clique among the 'elite'. However....like the Cambridge Chair of our Fans Org.....some have 'jumped into bed' with those 'elite' and do their bidding. CUFC have a history of that stemming from the 1st Fan Director Brian Attmore....who helped embezzle the 'wall' money gathered by fans. Another Fan Director made a garden to 'bury' that truth. DMJ the current Fans Chair and a Fan Director does as he is told....by the Chairman of CUFC and the CEO. That is not the example or blue print for what the Govt members are looking for.....thank heavens!x They have been briefed on such potential and practices.....next.



Andrew Bingham MP for Buxton. I met Andrew via the firm Buxton water who I do Charity events with some time ago. Found him to be a genuine 'fan' and supports his local Club Glossop North End and is as passionate as the next fan and keeps an eye on another club Tintwhistle FC! He did share the success the FA has had via the Football Foundation and how the little clubs have benefitted in his area and around the UK. But...he then compared the decentish 'investment' made by the FA in grass roots football to the huuuuuge sums 'wasted' such as in the Allardyce apparent £1 MILLION severance pay deal. Waste of money par excellence is his feelings....along with the rest of us!x



Gordon Marsden MP for Blackpool South. Gordon has done much for his Football Community and as a frequent destination for me on my treks then I am well aware of his involvement and passion for his Club and Community....respect...X He berated the FA for not getting involved in Blackpool FC's on going debacle and read a letter out from their Supporters Trust which again emphasised the need for Fan involvement in the governance of the FA. Blackpool voices said in unity that the FA's priority was 'money and not Community' which has to change and that Supporters voices weren't heard......a roaring 'here here' echoed around the Commons on that one!x



Nigel Huddleston MP for Mid Worcestershire and sits on the CMSC. I've found Nigel a very 'informed' member of the Committee who has had dealings/meetings and held to scrutiny the past 3 Chairmen which stands him in good stead for the current situation at hand. He quoted £65 million goes into 'grass roots' on average from the FA but concludes this is not enough and felt sincerely that the FA lack the ability to comprehend and implement 'diversity'....be it attracting women or ethnic minorities to the FA. Him being in an advantageous position on the CMSC did expose Greg Clarke's reality from Nigel's perspective and doesn't believe Greg will 'make it' to the required destination by April. He felt his hands tied somewhat by the 'machine' that is the FA but he was at pains to re-assure the FA that this Commons meeting was a serious warning shot and they were not out to hinder but help the FA progress. Wise and sensible words from Nige....nice 1...X The only surprise I had from him was his not mentioning Lincoln City FC's marvellous FA Cup run...his birth City..........pro to the end.....!!x



John Mann MP for Bassetlaw and a keen 'digger of dirt' who a couple of years back tried to get the MI6 ex Head 'GK' now deceased 'investigated' for covering up the 'names' and info regarding potential Peedo's who emanated from Westminster back in the 70's/80's. That dossier compiled in 1984 disappeared.......and has never been recovered since.....! He has been digging into the FA's 'Academy' set ups and discovered 'scams' operating near his patch Doncaster/Nottingham and elsewhere. He also accused the FA of ignoring race issues and not being 'man enuff' to confront such issues raised within their membership and games.



On John's last point I will say this...it was Brendon Batson's birthday last week. I listened to him on 5 Live. We go back a long way....indeed I saw most of his 168 appearances for Cambridge United from '74-78. I was lead singer sitting in the rafters back then...encouraged by Ron Atkinson our then Manager and affectionately known by him as 'the monkey in the rafters'...I was mischievous end of!!! Brendon and I both 'support' Ron to this day and consider him a friend. BUT...I saw the racism against Brendon back then....I even lead some songs which are of a banned nature today. The FA do not have a grip on it and paying lip service or 'showing a card'....diddums.... ain't gonna help. Ignorant Clubs like mine hold meetings 'sponsored' by the UAF.....not 1 ethnic fan approached for opinion/advice or anything....white old men...and Politically motivated activists cashing in on old fa*ts ignorance....doing good for who? My Chairmen/Directors and Managers got treated as I found that night...and I dressed up in suitable attire for the occasion...! Whilst on a personal level I will always entertain the likes of Ron for old times sake...my Club....and many others including the FA.....still 'promote' them within the business of football. I wouldn't.....'old school' had their day....next! I got 'banned' further for saying such to my white 'Masters' up CUFC when they'd organised a 'dinner' with Ron...they brought in Private Security to keep me out that night...Chicken Supreme on the menu I reckon.....!!!!.....hehe!x



Bob Blackmann MP for Harrow East......hahahah...he was the next speaker who rose to speak in the debate.....honest...no puns intended!!!x Bob well known for loving his Football...Curry's and 'extravagent' expenditure grew up among the Twin Towers of Wembley. He said he didn't think the FA 'man enuff' to combat the dynamism offered by the Premier League........similar to what I said in a post above somewhere a week or two ago!!!x He feels the FA's weakness in finance matters has also been exposed in 'letting out' Wembley to Chelsea and Tottenham which he also felt was a totally wrong ethos for a National Stadium to be debased to a rental unit for the 'big boys'!x Passionate comments from Bob they were too...X



Clive Betts MP for Sheffield South East...'hard core' Wednesday Fan and has been Captain of the Parliament FC team!!x A quick one two from Clive who knows his stuff and simply said that the FA Council are powerless to be there for 'all of football'...and need sorting!!x Goal mate!!x



Chris Matheson MP for Chester. Chris isn't happy with the 'blazers' in the FA Council/Committee's and is very concerned that the FA have failed to regulate 'Agents'...transfers...fee's etc and suggests the industry is still rife for abuse. He said that an 11 year old could pass the scrutiny all agents have to pass!! He added that the FA were unable to scrutinise 'owners' proper and that offshore money used by them and Clubs to buy players/Clubs etc is not regulated or indeed able to be scrutinised by the FA to a required degree. He finished with the point that 'bad Management' as highlighted by the Allardyce appointment/sacking showed their ineptness and suggested such traits went through the FA Management structure and that Greg Clarke did not 'get the drift' of what he has to 'revamp'....!

  

Keith Vaz MP for Leicester East. Hailed as a 'Glory hunter' last year by Leicester fans Keith did offer an interesting 'fact' to the debate. He said that whilst there were 25% of footballers from Afro Caribbean roots....there were only 17 licensed coaches within the FA Leagues who come from that same region! He suggested the FA did not understand the concept of 'diversity'. Keith does.....but I didn't see him at the celebrations held in Leicester last year!!!x

 

Graham Jones MP for Haslingdon and Hyndburn with Accrington Stanley being his local Club and has affinity with Burnley and Blackburn Rovers. He praised Burnley and Accrington as shining lights among Clubs but was absolutely scathing in his comments re 'agents'. He recalled the Sky interview with agent Jerome Anderson and his blatant and obvious abuse of the system comments yet no action taken by the FA after his admissions. He suggested the 'cred' of the FA was 'shot thru'. 'Proper talk' as John Coleman Manager of Accrington would say!!!x



Gavin Newlands MP for Paisley and Renfrewshire. I visit Glasgow regularly and many Scottish clubs and am well aware of Gavin's (2nd from left) support and interests in the football Community. He pointed out that in 6 years since the last instructions made by the Govt to the FA...nothing had been done to address issues raised then! He said Women were not represented fairly within the organisation and across the FA's members. He said the FA's slogan 'Football For All' really meant as long as you are white and male!!x 



Dr Rosena Allin-Kahn MP for Tooting and Shadow Sports Minister for Labour. An Amateur boxer who pulled no punches. She said that the FA needs vigorous reform but doubted their willingness to do so. She also said they had a duty to govern with integrity....but again that trait has been knocked back over recent months and years...and that the required integral trust....wasn't there. It was said in a report by the Govt in 2011 that there were too many Council members. 6 years on....another 4 have been added to count 122. She sadly announced there were only 8 Women among that 122 and only 4 from Black and Ethnic groups. She deduced that reform/diversity was not in the FA's 'soul' and this was a last chance and if the FA do not return to the House with the required remit in April then she will support that they get sorted if they don't sort it themselves. Don't mess....I reckon!!!x



Tracey Crouch MP for Chatham and Aylesford and current Sports Minister. Tracey is a Footballer....and has some great skills in and out of the HofC!!x She kicked off by 'reeling in' the rogue Vice President of the FA Barry Taylor by informing him that the Govt gave £160 million towards the Wembley's build....£6 Mill for St Georges Park and tens of Millions via Sport England not to mention £30 mill for 'other stuff'!!! She also reminded him and the FA that only 30% of grass roots money for development comes from the FA! She finished her opening salvo by reminding him that they are a lesser 'partner' in the development of football in England and that the FA should realise it can be done without them via other 'structures'......which I know are in the pipeline and ready to roll!!x She confirmed that any future moneys from the Govt is conditional and she suggested they get their house in order and sharpish. Nuff said!!!x

There....a rough non verbatim 'guide' as to what happened at the House of Commons. The meeting ended with a vote which asked do you support a 'No Confidence' in the English FA....and all cried AAAYE....and not 1 'NO'. I can add this.....put that in front of the full HofC...and my survey sez.....there still will be no 'no's'.......that is your true position FA....deal with yourselves....or...be dealt with....as i said at the top of this thread....and hope you have now had enough 'info' to get some 'savvy'. Do you think an outfit as described and outlined by our MP's are fit and proper and capable of dealing with the 'abuse' claims??? BEHAVE. Get a grip and be quick...as Tracey said...know your place....and it ain't in serving 'the people' at present....init?

......man who has been on the FA Council for 37 years responds to criticism offered by MP's yesterday via 5 Live.....he sez...."Diversity??? We have a Muslim and a Hindu on the Council already....what do they want a Jew too?"

I may have got the Hindu wrong.....but I was driving down the road and heard the Muslim bit and began to pi** myself to the point of crashing and didn't recover my straight face for several minutes so am re-calling from that position and posture!x

My 1 year old Daughter after careful contemplation to the latest dynamic comment from the FA Council...gathered her fledgling wisdom...considered her response...and offered this.......
