Huge frustration that we managed to pluck defeat from the jaws of victory, particularly after playing so well for much of the game. Great goal from Sibanda and superb save from Roach. But we gave them three goals and made it fairly easy for the ref to give a red card for the challenge, which was as I saw it both reckless and unnecessary given the place on the pitch where it took place (perhaps someone who was closer to it may have a different view). Its a double blow that Aylesbury got 3 points today but we have come so far in the last few weeks that we have believe we have a chance to stay up. Just got to keep doing the good things and know we are capable. Good luck on Tuesday.

I actually didn't think we were that great today. At times we were quite messy on the ball and lacked composure. Have seen us play better. I think on reflection this isn't a huge blow more an unwanted and avoidable slip up. Despite the great run we had, we couldnt add to the 1 clean sheet we have in the league and that could ultimately prove costly. Today, the first 2 of their 3 were very avoidable and arguably those 2 helped set up their third.
First goal, was a very simple, non threatening situation where the ball should have rolled harmlessly into Roache's hands. Instead the keepers call (it was loud enough) was ignored, someone ran across him and the clearance was sliced straight to their player who had an empty net to fire into.
Second I believe was another mix up between keeps and the defence and yet again it allowed their forward to fire into an empty net. Then with us chasing the game the ref sends unwin off when they were breaking and the killer blow was applied not so long after. I know Im staying the obvious but we really cant afford to be doing this in a relegation fight. Beaconsfield were a bang average side and we've handed the 3pts to them on a silver tray.
Tueaday is a must win now. We've got to be more organised, better on and off the ball and clinical. A win keeps us well within arms reach of aylesbury (who sadly cashed in for all 3 pts today). Aslong as we stay in touching distance until we welcome them to the Glassworld then our season is very much alive and kicking! Chins up and lets make sure we make amends Tuesday night, COYS !!

Pretty much agree with everything said in the first two posts. We gave them two goals, and a reckless challence by Simon Unwin put us down to 10 men. I think it only deserved a yellow, but he did slide in out of control and gave the ref a decission to make.
I thought we played well, there was only one team in the game before we gifted them an equaliser. If we can keep playing this well and cut out the mistakes, we'll survive. But we need a win Tuesday.....

Ref got emotionally involved, when he should have kept his head. Simon's challenge was clearly a yellow. I've quite enjoyed watching them play these past few games. Lance has made fewer changes and it looked like they were starting to gel. Saturday wasn't the best I've seen them this season, but I thought they should have (at least) come away with a point. Agree with Marke "there was only one team in the game before we gifted them an equaliser" - I'm now looking forward to Tuesday COYS.
