Although our attacking play hasn't been something to envy of late its our defending which has cost us. We huffed and puffed but both their goals were gifts really. The first goal we weren't tight enough on the man at the back post and the 2nd we failed to clear the long ball and it fell to their player on a plate. Boys battled hard though and cant be critical of their effort and what a goal wrighty. Him and jake were my mom.
Heard Evan is injured which is a shame but good to have joe and lewis back. Definitely think the team that finished the game should be our starting line-up next week. Starting to look ominous now. Need a run of wins like we had a few weeks ago. Would certainly be the greatest of escapes.

I think our chance has gone. The good run a few weeks back kept the season alive a bit longer but I doubt we will get another eight points all season let alone enough to catch up either Arlesey or Aylesbury. Our only hope would be the usual divisional shake up that happens in the summer that can sometimes result in a reprieve but I doubt that is very likely.

A decent performance, deserving of at least a point. I can't fault the players for their efforts, but once again, defensive lapses and a lack of a cutting edge have cost use.
I think the Eastern Counties league is beckoning now.

Yes not a bad performance but we fell away in the second half (or did Barton step it up) and apart from a wonderful strike from Tommy we were never really a threat. Our crossing was poor, often not clearing the first man. Still not sure why Sibanda does not take more of our free kicks. Survival is getting tougher by the game, but bear in mind we were already dead and buried by the end of December so what has been achieved since then has to be a positive
