Well if there was any doubt about whether last week was a poor performance there certainly isn't this week. No shape, pattern or rhythm. Not sure why we've changed what seemed to be an affective formula which was get it wide, drive and get the ball in the box.
Passing has become a lot sloppier and again we seem quite a bit off the pace of the game. I feel we dont get Evan on the ball enough either. He looked a key player (pardon the pun) in our first few games but has gone very quiet. Also where was Wright today?? Have missed his presence recently.

Yes we seemed to take an age to move the ball into any area that would do the opposition any damage. We seem to be going backwards at the moment after a bright start or have other teams improved. At one nil you could say that it was a close game and if we had a bit more luck we could have got a result but there were many unforced errors and a lack of cohesion in what we did. I have seen each one of these players perform much better this season and with more tempo so you tell me. Thought the officials were good today, but are refs trying to reduce the distance between ball and wall at free kicks, last weeks took mini steps and this weeks appeared to not pace the distance out at all much, perhaps its a new initiative.

Sloppy open play, poor decision making and not winning a 'second' ball = a team devoid of ideas. A very disappointing display against a very ordinary team. Time to concentrate on the league........hopefully!!
