Ok, so i am stating the obvious here, but i think it is worth saying...again. And what another great atmosphere yesterday, which was mirrored by the players and management at the end. Such a great buzz around the place and with the momnentum building, the next couple of weeks are going to be even better. More league action, decent crowds along with bags of press and TV coverage, what more could you ask for. Enjoy

The NonLeague Paper (i.e. the less expensive one!) has lots of good articles about Histon, Josh in Italy (glad they landed back safely) etc etc. One query I have is , who awards the Star Ratings for "Entertainment"? Yesterday's game got 2 out of 5 ! (No sending offs only two yellows for Kettering) Yet a certain other game, headlined as "an ugly thriller" with a total of 7 yellows and 2 reds gets a full five stars!! What is their definition of "Entertainment" I wonder ?

Indeed Boran. And on the subject of enjoyment, i spotted a UTD fan who was in attendance yesterday, very enjoyable. Now this guy, who is Histon born and bred has followed Utd for a number of years although admittedly does not go to every match. But, what is good here is that he has elected to part with his hard earn't dosh in favour of his local team. And ,before the Right Hon. Mr Magoo informs me that this is pure Cup opportunism, the said person scolded me, for not spotting him at the last two home games. Well, as they say in the Tesco ad, every little helps

Well, here's the opinion of a Kettering supporter: ICBW, but it seems to me that a lot of the clubs we play are surprised that (a) the long ball game - the way we play it - works (actually, I'm a little surprised about that myself) and (b) we are not a polite little village team that will bend over and take it up the backside when they come calling ;D
