Sticks in their craw doesn't it. ;D Whinge ,moan, groan. Hammer and Adie are much missed and will do a great job for them. Hope they don't get too attached to Robbie,it's only temp. Too much to offer Histon and its all about getting and keeping players match fit. Still it's nice to lend them someone for a while if it keeps their club going I see they also hope we get thrashed against Leeds. Don't bear a grudge do they :-*Well it may well happen but thanks for the cash. I think we will give Leeds a good run for their money as long as we keep Beckford quiet.

Lets not be too horrible, after all we do have about 40% of our players that used to actually play for them.
Kingy, Naisbitt, Pope to name a few.

Kingy did. Sorry. As did Langers I believe. Simpson. So let's not be tto harsh. Then again, they were pathetically horrible to us for a number of years when they were above us. Now look at us! (See any similarities between the way City fans & United fans treat us )

Kingy did after he was at Cambridge United, Silly cambridge teams letting him go:P
Naisbitt did, pope did, langston did, neil andrews did (many a year ago) nightingale did and simpson did.
So a vast majority has.

I wish them all luck whatever their supporters think of us. Brought it all on themselves anyway. See you soon Robbie. Maybe we could make City our Nursery/feeder club...oops

I am a City fan ...
I might be in the minority but i wish Histon well against Leeds. I hope you turn them over because thats good news for locally footy. All the best!
On the player front, the movement of players between Histon and City has been going on for years. As other have pointed out, there are quite a few who have now traded places. It has benefited both clubs though ... we needed an Adie figure this season. I'm not sure where Robbie will fit in ... what is his best position in your eyes?
One final thing ... if you do win against Leeds hopefully Josh will do so well that Histon will have to sell and we get a nice sell on!!!

Robbie is class. He can tackle, pass, head and score cracking goals. All he needs is a run in the team so he will benefit City no end by playing. From when I've seen him play he's best in the middle of midfield, bursting through to score. He's also played well on the right side.
I agree about Josh. No doubt his goal for England C has raised a few eyebrows too. Won't have gone un-noticed by the footy league scouts. If he plays a cracking game against Leeds live on TV then he may get his wish to play league football earlier than we all expected.
