Ever been on the underground? Like that except we're not going anywhere. Except the third round

I believe the no of 5000 was only if extra stands were put in! And I think the seating on the far side of the ground is all allocated to the away supporters so the standing for home supporters is behind the goal and on the nearside of the pitch - ie mostly in front of the Redgate stand. And no sorry no spares here Leedslad - officially sold out!

Leeds apparently sold 1,888 tickets and it would appear from scouring the web sites there will be a few more than that from Leeds in the ground.
Should be a good game with Histon bursting with confidence and Leeds just finding their goalscoring touch again.
Histon , I understand play the game in just the way Leeds do not like their opponents to play. I doubt if Leeds will have the time to play their passing game with Histon chasing every ball.
I think Leeds will play a very strong side and there is hopefully no chance of them taking the match lightly.
I will be there and I am looking forward to it. I love going to new grounds.

i heard around 3000 people are coming down, and theres talk people will be asked to show their ticket at the entrance to the driveway so no1 without a ticket will be able to cause trouble near the ground or try and sneak in.

When I picked up my ticket from the office, there were a couple of guys from Leeds buying 6 tickets. So I guess there will be plently of Leeds supporters around the place.

So long as they behave (and I'm sure they will as genuine football fans) then I can't see the problem. Histon will want as much revenue from this game as possible while keeping safety and logisitics in mind. I'm sure lessons have been learned from the Cambridge United games previously and the facilities at The Glass World stadium have improved dramatically.

Having watched Leeds for 30 years I know we have a fair share of problems but I really can't see a problem on Sunday. I am looking forward to seeing my team playing my real local team. Got to admit being a touch worried about it though. My ticket thats spare is a home ticket btw if any Histon need it its not just for Leeds fans

I would hope Histon will attempt to make big money out of this, but being a football club they always tend to let the moment pass and wish they had done this and that after the event. Let us fans run things and clubs would make more money. I will have a look for that ticket thread but if anyone else wants it I still have it

Well down in non league football teams jump at making money at the first chance. I doubt Leeds would be over the moon if there attendances went from 700 to 1200 over a few weeks... that's like the greatest thing that has ever happened here
