Both Sunderland AFC and the local press are really pushing the FA Cup game. The kick off was moved so that fans from the derby match just up the road can also watch the FA Cup game. So just a warning - there may well be a big crowd and parking is generally a bit crap around the Hetton ground. Apparently it was grid-locked on Friday and that was only because Kenwyn Jones had returned to the reserve team!
Hopefully the Sunderland fans will be in good spirits after their team have taken the laughing stock of the North East to the cleaners.
If the takings are split between the clubs though, then that's good news for Histon FC. Always nice to see Sunderland helping Histon.

It made me laugh when Boston described our fixture tomorrow as a chance for a giant killing...They were a division above us 2 seasons ago!

Always nice to see Sunderland helping Histon. have been reading durham's forum, their has been lots of publicity about the game, announced toi sunderland fans at their reserve game in the week which attracted 2300, believe it will be a struggle to find a place to park, and is likely to be awful getting out of hetton, as its the size of histon i believe!

I know this is a very bad attitude to take, but I really think now this could have been one of the worser ties to have picked.
They are on red-hot form at the moment, and they have been dubbed by Beck as " easily the best footballing team he has seen in non-league football" in his time. That is quite some accolade from one of the greats of the game in this area and I think this could be one of our hardest games yet in recent History.
I am actually now gutted that I have made commitments to other things this weekend as it sounds like it is going to be a right ding-dong of a game. Anyone who is going looks to be in for a treat!

I hope your right sweep, but not convinced it will be that easy.
There was a five minute slot about the match on BBC 5 live this morning at 6.45.
