A win would move us up at least one place as Kettering lost tonight

See they have a new player :
Blue Square Premier side Lewes have signed Brighton's 19-year-old striker Sam Gargan on a month's loan.
The targetman goes straight into the Rooks squad to face Histon after loan spells at Bognor Regis and Havant & Waterlooville among others.
Manager Kevin Keehan told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "He's the type of player we have been looking for.
"He's highly regarded at Brighton and is doing well in training. Wherever he's gone he's scored goals."

Really folks......we are going to have to up the standard of English on this site. It is "lose" not "loose" and "suprise" not "supprise". I think a few people are going to have to stay behind and do some extra homework..... Or use the Google spell checker (like me) ;D ;D

Let's not use 'hoof ball' tonight just because these are 'weaker opposition'. They can still cause a threat, and there is no reason for us to get complacent. Let's win by a big margine with good passing, help the goal difference. LET'S NOT MESS THIS UP

Haha.
Love that, when people step in to 'correct' a spelling...and get it wrong!
Suprised is as bad as supprised! In fact, at least the latter has the right amount of letters.
Jeez, nothing surprises me on here.

I said there would be a surprise/supprise/suprise.
I love it when Cambridge fans comment on peoples punctuation or spelling when they have nothing left to say.

Huh? This spelling thing was going on way before I got here!
Terrible result for both teams tonight. Although getting a point is clearly better than losing...a 1-1 draw at home to 10 man Lewes is in many ways a more worrying result than a defeat at lowly Oxford!
And 592 there? I'm not fishing, and I know you'll take it as a dig...but that's really poor. I thought getting up to 5th might encourage higher attendances. The players must be a bit bewildered by that.

Loudest performance from the fans all year though.
I'm not just saying you, but on most posts it has some cambridge fan commenting on spellings.

The only people who actually mentioned spelling were Histon fans, but it's not uncommon for people to let fact get in the way of things around here...

Someones sad after their loss.
Didn't bother going then, how loyal, and there you are taking the piss out of our attendances. Your supposed to have the best away fans in the league.

I was unable to make it, but I've been before.
In fact there was only 120 less Cambridge fans at Oxford than Histon fans (not discounting any Lewes fans) at home tonight...

there were only about 5 lewes fans so theres not much difference.
Our attendances in the past 5 years have increased around about 800% and yours have decreased by around about 200.
Obviously they haven't all come from Cambridge, and i think we deserve a bit more than to be mocked over our attendances when we are much smaller than most clubs, plus we have you(football giants) just next door so its difficult to attract.

Decreased by 200% since when? 5 years ago we were getting about 350 less than we averaged last year, and a division lower. Hardly something to be ashamed of.
Not all, but a large amount have, probably around 50%.
