WE'VE GOT THE TERRORISTS WE'VE GOT THE TERRORISTS WE'VE GOT THE TERRORISTS WE'VE GOT THE TERRORISTS chant it out loud and proud Can't you do better than that. You will be expecting the crawley fans to be singing about your tractors next.

Will be sitting in the mainstand unfortunately for the forseeable future at home! Which is a shame but I will be wanting you hear the lads loud and proud! I agree with Mozza, can't see us keeping a clean sheet so 3-2. Come on Histon!

Hello, I've never been to a football match before, and I want to come to see Histon play Crawley Town tomorrow. I'm going to bring a lot of little boys (some not so little) with me. What is the best thing to do? can I buy tickets in advance- or should we just turn up? One of the boys is really mad keen on football. Is it better to sit in the Grandstand or stand in the other bit? What should we do to get the most enjoyment out of the game?

Why not start off in the seats and then you can always have a walk around the ground during the second half to see which you all prefer. Sometimes the crowd is segregated, but often not. Not sure about the Crawley match. Personally I prefer to watch from the 18-yard line, but others like being behind the goal. Enjoy the game and hopefully you and your companions will be back in the future. PS. And don't let those bitter and twisted Cambridge fans put you off. Histon is a friendly club and I think the matchday experience is better than at the bigger clubs. You are somewhat removed from the action at the bigger clubs.

Sorry- the "why" meant "why would it be better to go to the abbey?" to Hortoooo etc. Thanks for the other advice and encouragement, ftm i wouldnt particuarly go there, there is a far better family feel to histon fc ! you will be welcomed to histon, whereas up cambridges two clubs i doubt you would recieve that! how many of you are coming and how old. also i would suggest the hill stand, this is the opposite side to where you come in. its not gennerally too busy in here, however you will find it hard to get a group of seats in the main or redgate stand!

Make sure you come to the bar post match to catch up with all the results on the screens along with both sets of fans, management and both squads.
